To celebrate the 10th anniversary of POCORART, a project supporting art activities by people with disabilities, Chiyoda City and 3331 Arts Chiyoda have organized the "POCORART World Exhibition 'Chance and Necessity and...' - Liberating raw expression of artists and people with/without disabilities," an exhibition that brings together the works of 50 artists from 22 countries. This exhibition presents over 240 works from around the world, selected without the constraints of what would traditionally be considered art. Many of these artworks are shown in Japan, or even publicly, for the first time.

We hereby announce the latest information about the exhibited artworks, as well as the details on related events, online content, catalogues and guidebooks. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in sharing and publicizing this information.

- A number of exhibited artworks to be donated to Centre Pompidou!
- Seven events will take place, including film screenings + talks, curator tours, and related events.
