Artist: Samues Leung (Hong Kong)
For my 1-month stay at AIR 3331, I attempted to use metal and copper wire as my main materials in developing a series of linear sculptures. This group of artworks displayed on the studio wall is meant to explore the possibilities of how linearity can be applied in 2 and 3-dimensional media to articulate spatial considerations that portray ideas of love and hope in the context of human memory.
