Artists: Chan Chung Yin Connie & Wan Sheung Wah Elly

The exhibition includes two parts: the first part is a continuation of The White Envelope project, started by the artists in 2016, that was brought to Japan during this residency period at AIR 3331. The project involves the artists acting as postmen to deliver the envelopes created by former participants to other participants and encourage them to reply to the given envelope in a creative way. Alongside The White Envelope project, the second part exhibits another project launched by the artists, which focuses on Chiyoda City. Through visiting places, and holding interviews and workshops, they gather their discoveries and impressions of Chiyoda next to the perspectives of local people. They hope that this artistic practice will bring new perspectives to the Chiyoda community.
