Gallery OUT of PLACE TOKIO is very pleased to announce our new exhibition "under construction or destruction" by Nishikawa Shigeru.
In the last few years Nishikawa has drawn the covered building by sheet under construction (or demolishing) which appears suddenly in town with unique touch and color.
This time he is confronted with Hong Kong and Tokyo's "progressive urban landscape" that is about to be updated everyday. Please pay attention to the time/space in dense oil paintings drawn based on refined observation eye of Nishikawa.
