"Starting with the idea of the hidden mechanism in computers and "Omamori"* having something in common, my project then moved focus toward the object itself being hidden and something to be cared for.
While exploring these meanings, I have also been transforming the studio workspace on a daily basis, as I experiment with simple common materials.
In all my projects, I like to compare ideas to roads. They are always filled with detours and strange dead-ends. Processes that seem non-productive are actually very valuable acts because this is at the heart of creativity - what I believe we will need in our present situation.
