Free koto concert featuring the music of American kotoist and composer Josh Faber-Hammond (Portland, OR, USA). Josh is a first chair performer in the Oregon-based ensemble Oregon Koto-kai and has an extensive background as a multi-instrumentalist. The hour-long performance will feature both solo pieces and original works for koto ensemble. Josh will be joined by accomplished kotoists Hayato Kobayashi and Yuka Nagatani for this rare event.
