This exhibition presents the words and pictures of children from all over the world from the collection of The World Children's Art Museum in Okazaki, along with the photographic depictions of children by the artist Caroline Irby. These photographic works capture children from all over the world, all with different experiences and brought up in different ways, while also focusing more recently on children living in the UK, and attempting to reflect their feelings.
What should we do to get on with each other? If we allow our ears to open to the words of others and to consider what they say, then maybe we can enter a better world.
In the exhibition space the audience is invited to share their feelings through words and to read the words of others at their leisure, and take up the important message of the words and pictures of children from all over the world towards the future.
