This is the first in an annual open arts festival to be held at 3331 arts chiyoda, this year with a focus on 2d works the exhibition brings together over 200 works submitted from all over the country and even from overseas.
Usually in such an open exhibition art works are presented without judgment or hierarchy, but in the case of this event 3331 aims to further support the work of one lucky artist through offering a scholarship program. The artist selected by the review panel guests and visitors will be awarded a solo exhibition in 3331's gallery B (113㎡)next year.
The manner of review will include voting ballots submitted by visitors, the vote of the guest review panel and the impartial judgment of 3331 staff. Why not come and cast your vote?
