An open space overlooking the greenery of Rensei Park just outside of 3331's main entrance. Sunlight floods in through walls made entirely of glass for a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Anyone can stop to take a rest, and sometimes there are even events being held here (some require an admission fee).
