Globalizing Mokuhanga and Artist in Residence

In commemoration of our exhibition "Searching for Mokuhanga Light: Globalizing Japanese Woodblock Printmaking - Twenty Years of Residencies in Japan, a Review of Nagasawa Art Park and Mokuhanga Innovation Laboratory" held from Nov. 1st to 10th at the CfSHE Gallery, we will introduce selected works realized by Worldwide Mokuhanga artists during the two residency programs so that we will follow and remember their path. We will be also talking about the diffusion at the moment of Mokuhanga in the world brought by the programs and their artists.
