Showcasing the most exciting short films from around the world, Future Shorts Festival takes place in over 160 cities and 60 countries. This Summer Season we present you 8 short films from Croatia, Finland, Greece, Iran, France, USA, Netherlands and Lithuania. Also we have Live streamed performance by Paris' Lecoq trained theatre makers "Trunk & Egg" before the screening, and you can enjoy the films while drinking cocktails (300yen) in a relaxed atmosphere. The films are subtitled both English and Japanese.

The program features: Clermont Ferrand International Short Film Festival's award winning comedy De Smet (Belgium&Netherlands); the film based on authentic emergency calls and radio traffic Emergency Calls (Finland); A girl in Sarajevo, 1993 gets a live chicken for her 6th birtday The Checken (Croatia), and Espionage, romantic tension, and mysterious events' Animation film Storm Hits Jacket(France) etc.

Makiko Watanabe (MOOLI CINEMA)
Born in 1979 and grown up in Yokohama. Graduated Tsuda College 2001, and studied at MA Innovation Management in Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design'11. Currently working as a event creator and artist.
