"Most people believe that humans are the true masters of this planet. But by observing Tokyo crows I got a feeling that the birds are just allowing us to build our cities, to dwell and occasionally destroy them. It's essentially a kind of game for them, watching us from above, knowing better."
Concluding his residency with 3331's Open Residence program, Georg Jagunov (Republic of Belarus/Denmark) presents a single channel digital animation featuring sound production by Anton Z Burianov. A digital collage print, along with a number of sculptural elements will also fill the gallery space, transgressing the line between digital and material entity.
In addition, a living sculpture will be present during the opening on October 25th. We look forward to seeing you.
