Fill a gap, cross a threshold, break a wall, cross the border, clarify a misunderstanding, take off the mask, show a smile, call on the phone, take a breath, get a drink, talk to old friends, communicate an interpretation, hold hands with lover, take a photo, blur the differences, accept the discrepancy

and the action you make to it as "sew."
